DOMESTIC ORDERS – WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Standard Delivery: Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be delivered to metro areas, and 5-9 business days for rural areas.

Express Delivery: Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be delivered to metro areas (within the Auspost express post network), and 2-5 business days for rural areas (that are outside of the express post network).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

USA: Standard Delivery: 6-12 Business Days. Express Delivery: 3-6 Business Days.
NZ:
 Standard Delivery: 10-19 Business Days. Express Delivery: 3-6 Business Days.
Rest Of The World: Standard Delivery: 18-25 business days. Express Delivery: 4-8 Business Days.

Please allow 1 business day for your order to be packed and dispatched. You can track your order with the tracking number you received in your shipping confirmation email.

We ship all of our orders from our warehouse in Australia, so it's possible depending on where you live that you will need to pay Taxes & Duties upon receiving your order.

The amount is subject to the customs laws of the shipment country. Any orders that have unpaid Taxes & Duties will be sent back to us at the expense of the customer, and the customer will receive a refund for the goods minus all shipping costs and other fees associated in this instance.

Customs fees, duties or taxes are at the responsibility of the customer, not The Wild Swim.

If you aren’t in love with your pieces as much as you thought you would, we are more than happy to offer a refund. We currently do not offer exchanges.

Gift cards are delivered by email only. We will not send you a physical gift card in the mail. To redeem, simply enter your gift card code at the checkout.
