If for whatever reason you don’t love your new ‘kinis, you have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. We are unable to offer you a refund after 14 days have passed.
To be eligible for a return your item must be new, unworn, and in the same condition as when you bought it with the hygiene sticker and all tags still attached. You must also return the original cotton drawstring bag it came with.
For sanitary reasons, please try on your swimwear over your underwear. We will not accept returned items that are worn or are soiled/stained.
We are happy to offer a 100% refund if you meet these conditions.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- We currently do not offer exchanges.
- The shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
We reserve all rights to refuse a refund or exchange if the customer has breached our returns policy.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of item, we will process your return. Please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to be confirmed. We will email you with the details of your refund once it’s been processed!
